Shave, 60 sec. digital video with audio
Shave is visually complex, mixing video to the compressed tempo of stop-animation. The morning ritual of shaving leads into sequences of digital grooming and to a desktop where the frames of the movie appear as slips of paper in a hand-held animation. Shave is a quest for self-improvement embodied in a passage framed by physical recognition and inspection.
